For the Kids!

The kids can and should eat what you eat and there are plenty of recipes on other pages they will actually enjoy. What's good for you is good for them, and vice versa.

If you're struggling to get kids to convert to fruits or veg if they have already have bad habits with the kinds of snacks they enjoy, these wonderful fruit plates will be sure to get them excited to both have a go at creating them and eating them!

If you think it's too hard, you're lazy. Anyone can do it! Practice makes perfect and that in itself is a great lesson to teach the youngsters!

They're also a great way to present healthy food at kids (and adult!) parties.
